Resort revenue base
Resort revenue bottom-up: room stock and occupancy → programmes with accommodation and stays without a programme → the doctor's prescriptions and treatment-room visits within the guest's day → prices → USALI departments and special indicators over 15 years. Build your own buffet of programmes and see where the treatment rooms run short.

Buffet of programmes with accommodation
A sandbox for investors and consultants: switch programmes on, move their shares of the guest flow, length, room type, board and price; set the doctor's prescriptions and the guest-day limits. Results update at once. Programme routes, procedure prices and treatment rooms are platform data; everything else is a labelled estimate.
Programme mix & pricing architecture
Canonical programme mix A–D, ALOS and Double Occupancy derivation, dual-pricing mode toggle with Single Supplement
| Programme | Length | Room-night share (μ) | Arrivals share (ω) | Pair share (d) | Local DO | SGL Rate (pers.) | DBL Rate (pers.) | Single Supplement |
|---|
Duration relationship: ALOS by room-night pool is weighted harmonic mean: 1/Σ(μ_i/N_i) = 5.82 nights; ALOS by arrivals is weighted arithmetic mean: Σ(ω_i·N_i) = 5.82 nights. Double Occupancy: DO = 1 + pair_share. In package mode, F&B transfer (1,500 ₽/day) and room revenue are automatically de-bundled into USALI ledger under IFRS 15.
Additional revenue streams
Three self-sufficient bricks: MICE, sport and fitness, the longevity club. Each is switched on separately and is off by default (except in the scenarios that imply it). Delegates and retreats take only the rooms left free; club members' visits load the same treatment rooms. All starting values are estimates.
Revenue by USALI department
Key indicators of the year
Will the treatment rooms cope?
Programme prescriptions and additional prescriptions are routed to the rooms of the chosen registry set, taking preferred hours and a safe post load into account. Peak is the busiest month.
A day of the guest
Programme visits are placed first, additional prescriptions fill the remaining places of the morning, day and evening. What does not fit the limits never becomes a visit or revenue.
Revenue base over 15 years
Operating years left to right: ramp-up in the first years, then a stable level. USALI departments and the indicator catalogue: standard USALI indicators and special indicators of a resort with medicine. Prices are first-year prices unless a price growth is set.
Click a year to open its quarters, a quarter to open its months; Esc goes one level up. Quarters and months are modelled from the occupancy and seasonality of each month. The legend is a filter: a department splits into its parts. Click a value in the table to open the indicator for that period.
Labels: «data» — from the platform's registries, price lists and routes; «model» — computed by our engines from data only; «estimate» — the calculation contains an assumption, the pilot model (version A) or user input; «no data» — the row is kept, but there are no data or engine yet.

The calculation is a platform model estimate for comparing scenarios, not a forecast or the accounts of a specific resort. Departments follow the logic of USALI 12th edition (our own wording; the standard's text is not reproduced).
