Medispa architecture and design
Space programme of a typical medispa built from the room passports: functional blocks and room types, net and gross areas, zoning, cleanliness classes, air exchange, electrical loads, water supply and finishes. Every room is linked to the directory procedures performed in it.
Functional blocks
Share of net area, number of rooms and electrical load by block
| Block | Rooms | Area, m² | Share | Load, kW |
|---|
Room types
Area per room (min · median · max), engineering, cleanliness classes, typical zoning and finishes from the room passports
Room schedule
Each room opens its passport with procedures, equipment and economics
| Code | Room | m² × qty | Procedures |
|---|
Source: the platform's room passports; gross area follows the project rule (+30% for corridors and plant rooms). Engineering values are design guides from the passports and are refined by the designer for the site's codes.
Reference objects of wellness architecture
Thermal baths, medical resorts, hotel spas and competition concepts: scale, zoning by level, the guest route and the link to the cabinet registry.
Gross floor area of the objects
Confirmed values only; colour shows the typology.
Zoning by level
What goes below ground, at the entrance level, on the upper floors and on the roof; the number is how many objects follow it.
Guest route patterns
Diagrams are drawn from our data on the objects, not copied from drawings.
Functional clusters and the cabinet registry
A wellness room schedule is built from six clusters; each shows its cabinet-registry blocks and their net area in the pilot model.

The badge shows how the value is confirmed. Drawing types are the materials publicly available for the object.
