KURA Luxury Wellness Resort
KURA in Armamar (Alto Douro) is a five-star wellness resort and 50 branded villas on 26 ha of vineyards and orchards with a €55–60M budget by BOA Hotels.
Kurortnye kompleksy Chinar Hotel & Spa and Garabagh Resort & Spa (Naftalan)
TABIA group's five-star naphthalan sanatorium: 170 rooms, 353 beds, an 18.8 ha site, a Standard with treatment at AZN 195 a day (2026). The operator has not announced a second phase; we examine what supports the expansion idea.
La Maviglia Resort & Medi-Spa
La Maviglia in Maruggio (Taranto, Apulia) — 125 keys and a 5,000 m² medical spa on 202 hectares, an announced budget of €200 million. Since 18 December 2025 the municipality has stopped the works over a €175,757 debt; in September 2026 the mayor called a 2027 opening unrealistic.
Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort
An operating thermal resort in Haftoni: 182 rooms in a nine-storey building opened on 15 October 2018, 12 Istisu springs on about 11 hectares, and the YENEE programme since October 2025. The contractor's and operator's public lists do not confirm the pipeline record of a 160-room, 45-million-dollar second phase for 2026.
Soudah Peaks (Phase 1)
Soudah Peaks in Aseer is a PIF and Soudah Development project: phase 1 of 940 keys targeted for 2027, a 1,120-key lot with a 130-key wellness hotel in Sabrah, and full completion by 2033. What follows is only what the study states: money, zones, the team, and where the editions disagree.
