Open data and licences

This document is part of the Terms of Use of the website https://medispa.pro (the "Platform"), operated by Sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Roman Alekseevich Kuznetsov, taxpayer number (INN) 772774368458, OGRNIP 322774600407632 (the "Operator").

1. Platform analytics

1.1. Platform indicators (occupancy, seasonality, length of stay, online availability, prices, operating expenses and others) result from the Operator's collection, verification, normalisation and analytical processing of data. The methodology and the selection and combination of data are the result of the Operator's work and part of the Platform database (Articles 1260 and 1333 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1.2. Platform pages show indicators without references to individual datasets. The list of data sources and of the Operator's methods is the Operator's know-how and is provided on request after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Please send requests to the addresses listed under Contacts.

2. Attribution of open data rights holders

2.1. 2.2. The data has been modified by the Operator (aggregation, calculation of derived indicators). The rights holders are not responsible for the results of such processing; attribution does not imply endorsement of the Platform, the Operator or the results.
